9am - 8 oz (1 cup)

11am - 0 oz
12pm - 0 oz
1pm - 0 oz
2pm - 0 oz
3pm - 0 oz
4pm - 8 oz (1 cup)
= 9 Cups ...72 oz of water.
**Being well hydrated is suppose to help your overall health AND regularity of ovulation/period**
