Random Information on TTC

Just information I don't want to lose; if you are ttc it may be useful for you too! :)

"Ovulation Predictor Kits [OPKs] are a great way to maximize your chances of conception, says Dr Sussman. These will help to quickly and accurately detects the increase in luteinizing hormone in your urine (LH Surge), which normally occurs 24 to 36 hours before ovulation. You are most likely to become pregnant if you have intercourse within 36 hours after you detect your LH surge. "

FYI, be aware that the 24-36hr rule applies to most women and the 36hrs of most likely becoming pregnant is for intersourse/fresh spem. We finally figured out that I was actually Oing at about 12hr after a + OPK and they say that frozen sperm only lasts 24hrs in the body.

Im slightly confused as to what you are trying to say to us... ?!
If frozen sperm lives 24 hours in the body..... and we insem 12 hours after a + we should be fine, yes?
Also this cycle we are using fresh sperm vs. frozen but along the same time line.
